A Sericulture Technology Transfer Campaign
The Central Silk Board's mega campaign bridging the research–field gap through a District Adoption model, empowering silk farmers with advanced technologies and transforming India's sericulture landscape.
About The Campaign
The Central Silk Board has launched MRMA as an ambitious technology transfer programme to empower sericulture farmers. Despite advanced technologies developed by CSB, farmers continue to rely on outdated practices due to inadequate awareness and limited access.
MRMA bridges the research–field gap through a District Adoption model, fostering proactive and collaborative engagement of scientists and technical staff from CSB and State Departments of Sericulture.
